Cancellation

Consumer laws allow you to cool off or cancel a contract. Where you:

(a) seek to register a domain name you may cancel your request to register a domain name at anytime prior to its registration by us;
(b) enter into any other contract with us, then you may cancel your contract with us at anytime within 14 days of entering it, provided you notify us in writing.Consumer laws in each State and Territory may give you additional rights rights and obligations. For further information about your rights see the following resources http://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/consumer-rights-guarantees/cancelling-a-service
